Walk In Your Authority!

I must testify!

A fever tried to come on me Wednesday night after I left the massage parlor. I grabbed an Uber and actually slept on the ride home. That helped a little — but when I walked into the house, the chills started creeping in. The heat was on. I had on a hoodie. Still cold.

I ate some spinach with onions.
I drank tangerine juice for vitamin C.
Nothing changed.

While lying on the couch watching television, I touched my forehead — it was HOT 🥵

And I said, “No! I’m not accepting this.”

I rebuked that fever in Jesus’ name. I praised God. Then I calmly went back to watching TV.

Within minutes — COMPLETELY GONE.

No chills.
No heat in my forehead.
No symptoms.

Glory be to God!!! 🙌🙌

What happened?

I took authority over what was trying to come on me.

We have authority in the name of Jesus. We have authority over sickness and disease — and it must obey.

My experience reminded me of when Jesus rebuked the fever from Peter’s mother-in-law:

“So He stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. And immediately she arose and served them.” — Luke 4:39

That same authority is ours in Jesus’ name.

And it doesn’t stop with sickness.

Our authority extends over:
• obstacles
• demonic pressure
• fear and tormenting thoughts
• temptations
• lack
• hindrances
• mountains in our path

Jesus said:

“Whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart… he will have whatever he says.” — Mark 11:23

Mountains represent obstacles. Problems. Resistance. Things sent to slow you down.

In 2026, we are not tolerating mountains.
We are speaking to them.

We are walking in authority.
We are moving obstacles.
We are WINNING BIG in life.

Be there this Sunday as we lift up the name of Jesus and receive a word that will feed your spirit and knock your socks off. 😂
