The Cross Made It Good
It’s Good Friday! A day that marks the most powerful moment in human history—the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross. What Jesus did was not small, not temporary, not symbolic. It was ETERNALLY MONUMENTAL and HISTORIC. It was the divine turning point for all of humanity.
Because of the Cross, everything changed. You are restored back to God, highly favored and blessed forever.
2 Corinthians 5:18–19 (NKJV)
“Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ… that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them…”
This means you’re not trying to get back to God—you’ve already been brought back. You’re not being judged—you’ve been reconciled. Your past isn’t being held against you. Because of Jesus, you are fully accepted, fully restored, and forever in right standing with God.
So when you wake up in the morning, don’t drag into the day—step into it with excitement!
Wake up knowing:
God loves you.
God is for you.
God is actively making life good for you.
Lift your hands—even if just for a moment—and say:
“Father, thank You for the finished work of Jesus on the Cross. Thank You that I am fully reconciled to You—accepted, restored, and forever in right standing. Thank You that nothing is being held against me and that Your favor is freely flowing in my life. Today, I expect Your goodness. I expect Your help. I expect things to work in my favor. Something good is happening for me right now, and I receive it by faith. I love You because You first loved me.”
