I’m Saved, I’m Sealed, I Say So
Free, free, FREE! Your identity in Christ is absolutely free! Who you are is God’s gift to you. That’s why the Scripture says, “…by His doing, you are in Christ Jesus…” (1 Corinthians 1:30, NASB).
You didn’t have anything to do with it. It was all an act of His grace toward you.
Your responsibility? Claim who you are so you can be firmly rooted in your Christ identity.
Here are claims every believer can boldly make:
⸻
1. I’m saved.
The word saved means rescued.
So when you say, “I’m saved,” you’re declaring, “I’ve been rescued.”
Jesus is not trying to rescue you—He already did it. By His grace, He rescued you from eternal separation, from Satan’s grip, and from the entire realm of darkness.
The Bible says He “called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:10).
That means:
• You are no longer a subject in Satan’s kingdom
• You don’t have to accept anything dark he tries to attach to your life
Go ahead—shout it: “I’m saved!”
It’s like yelling “TOUCHDOWN!” in the realm of the Spirit. On the Cross, Jesus made an eternal score that can never be overturned.
Your sin debt? Paid in FULL.
You’re good—for real.
⸻
2. I’m sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.
Sealed means wrapped up tight.
Satan may try to come against you, but he can’t unwrap you. You’ve been sealed by the King.
The Bible says, “…your life is hidden with Christ in God” (Colossians 3:3).
Hidden means:
• Covered
• Protected
• Out of reach
Satan doesn’t know your future. He doesn’t know everything God has planned for you. His knowledge is limited—which makes your life mysteriously powerful.
You are not the enemy’s punching bag.
The Scripture says, “…the wicked one does not touch him” (1 John 5:18).
That means:
• You are untouchable in Christ
• You are covered by grace
• You are greater than anything coming against you
No wonder the Bible says, “He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).
⸻
3. I SAY SO!
The Bible says, “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so…” (Psalm 107:2).
What you say matters.
What you say gets established in your life and crystallized in the atmosphere around you.
When you say:
• “I’m saved by grace!” → guilt and condemnation melt away
• “I’m sealed with the Holy Spirit!” → your soul is reinforced with confidence and security
So keep saying it.
Keep declaring it.
Keep living from it.
Because you’re not trying to become—You already ARE.
