Your Feel Good Season

Welcome to the first day of spring...and more important…welcome to your feel good season.

Let me ask you something: Did you know God actually wants you to feel good?

Not just survive…not just manage life…

But truly live well, think well, and feel well.

And today marks a decision:

“I’m not waiting for life to feel good…I choose to feel good.”

Why should you be down?

You are:
• a son of God
• a son of glory (Hebrews 2:10)
• the seed of Abraham

You are not ordinary.

You are connected to an extraordinary God

So it’s a fair question: Why should your life feel less than who He is and who you are?

Make this shift: Let your identity in Christ shape how you think, live, and feel.

Not circumstances.
Not people.
Not temporary situations.

Let’s be honest

There is pressure in life.

There are real attempts to pull you into:
• frustration
• discouragement
• lack
• heaviness

But here’s the good news: You don’t have to accept any of it.

This is your feel good season and it’s time to live it intentionally.

Here’s how:

1. Remember who your God is

Your God is:
• unlimited
• full of joy
• steady and unshaken

There is no depression in Him.
No heaviness in Him.

And the Bible says: “Be imitators of God as dear children” (Ephesians 5:1)

That means:

Don’t just react to life—take responsibility for your state.

• Guard your thinking
• Set your environment
• Choose your focus

You have more control than you think.

2. Remember who you are.

You are a son of glory.

And because of what Jesus has done, you don’t have to live under constant pressure, frustration, or defeat.

So don’t be a silent sufferer.

Use your voice.
• Speak over your life
• Speak over your emotions
• Speak over your situation

You have authority—walk in it.

3. Do what makes you happy.

Let’s keep this simple and practical.

Happiness matters.

Not just everyone else’s—yours too.

You matter.
Your desires matter.

Solomon said:

“Whatever my eyes desired I did not keep from them…” (Ecclesiastes 2:10)

That doesn’t mean reckless living—it means you don’t have to deny yourself a joyful life.

Do things that refresh you
Enjoy your life
Create moments that make you smile

Final thought

Don’t waste a good season.

Use it to:
• build
• grow
• enjoy
• and live fully

And yes… I’m excited about this...
